Recognising that the fashion industry was not producing functional and sustainable clothing for children and the differently-abled, she established her own children’s wear company in 2017. Her garments are reversible with designs that have been adapted to be worn by children who fall on the autism spectrum, paraplegics, quadriplegics and those who suffer mobility issues and/ or other figure challenges. Three Little Ahmads produces its garments solely in Malaysia through the employment of skilled single mothers and stay- at- home mothers as well as graduates from skills –based training that have had trouble finding employment in the fashion industry. She couples not only the use of sustainable materials and practices, the use of skilled local artisans in an effort to preserve the local Batik textile industry but also incorporates the use of Nanotechnology embedment on her garments to further enhance each garment’s functionality. This endeavour won her a full MYR500, 000 grant from the Malaysian Government Entrepreneurs Agency, Teraju in 2019 under the Social Enterprise and Technology Category. The pandemic has brought about a pivot in her business and the brand now also produces PPE garments for medical frontliners and non- medical fabric face masks, supplying not only throughout Malaysia but also internationally to countries such as Singapore, United Kingdom, Brunei and Australia. She also works with talented designers to produce corporate garments.

She currently sits on the on the Board of the Association of Image Consultants International, Malaysia Chapter as President. She is the recipient of the Image Makers Merit of Industry Excellence Award 2023 & Outstanding Women CEO Leadership Excellence Award 2022.
